Stern & Dragoset was founded in 1929 by Herman Stern and Andrew Dragoset. It was a full service real estate and insurance firm. The firm has provided appraisal services since its inception.

John Zennario has worked at the firm since 1992 and purchased it in 2010.
Mr. Zennario and his associates provide appraisals for properties in Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean Somerset and Union counties. The type of properties appraised are Commercial, Industrial and Residential.
The purposes for the appraisals range from Bankruptcy, Condemnation Divorce, Estate, and Litigation.
